Our annual free poetry slam at the Attleboro Arts Museum, 86 Park St. in Attleboro, Mass! This year’s event will feature an open mic and head-to-head-to-head slam with the Boston Poetry Slam, House Slam, and Seven Hills Slam.

Special THURSDAY show at OBERON in Harvard Square! Poets from the Boston Poetry Slam take on opponents from the House Slam across the river, featuring a cast of all-star poets, special guests, and celebrity judges. Hosted by Emily Eastman and JR Mahung.
Final night of the Cantab’s famed Team Selection Slams! Revised schedule: 8:00 open mic, 8:45 first round, 9:30 intermission. Following intermission, RebeccaLynn will spotlight, then two more rounds will kick off around 10:00. The top five poets at the end of the night will comprise the 2017 Boston Poetry Slam Team. $5 cover tonight to raise funds for the team’s travel to the National Poetry Slam in Denver this August.

Champion of Champions poetry slam! Eight 8×8 slam winners return to challenge reigning champ Jess Rizkallah for the venue’s top slam title.
The last of our 4×4 team slams to prepare the home team for the National Poetry Slam! Opponents will hail from Providence, Slam Free or Die, and the Lizard Lounge. Cover charge $5 to raise money to send our team to NPS.
